Oregon Introduces First Licensed School NIL Marketplace

The new marketplace simplifies interaction with Oregon student-athletes!

Today, the University of Oregon publicized a partnership with Opendorse to build the Authorized NIL Marketplace of the Oregon Ducks. This is the initially licensed school marketplace in college athletic to backing the NIL efforts of its scholar-athletes. As an effect, attentive third parties can contact, reserve, pitch, and pay any Oregon student-athlete for NIL actions in one platform that has been intended with compliance in mind.

“Our new and advanced partnership with Opendorse permits the University of Oregon student-athletes to remain to maximize opportunities connected to their name, image, and likeness,” Oregon athletic executive Rob Mullens said. “The Oregon Ducks Marketplace delivers an efficient process to tolerate UO student-athletes to attach with those wishing to offer chances, helping them and continuing Oregon’s management role in all NIL-related endeavors.”

Oregon is the initial school in the country to deliver a single, branded marketplace comprising a complete directory of UO student-athletes.

“Today’s launch sets the latest standard for student-athlete NIL provision,” Opendorse CEO Blake Lawrence explained. “Beginning today, Oregon fans have an only place where they can unswervingly support their preferred student-athletes with NIL opportunities. We’ve spent a span building Opendorse to make athletes more reachable to the people who need to support them – and the Oregon NIL Marketplace achieves this for Oregon student-athletes.”
